Description and Services
Description (Service) Determines a diagnosis and develops treatment recommendations for people who are dually diagnosed * provides specialty consultations, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and, in some cases, short-term treatment services * helps first line and intensive mental health service providers to enhance their capacity to serve dual-diagnosed individuals * multidisciplinary team
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Kingston ; Lennox and Addington County
Boundaries Southeastern Ontario
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals 16 years and older who have a dual diagnosis: an intellectual disability or autism or pervasive developmental disorder, with a suspected or diagnosed mental illness or behavioural disorder.
Application Physicians, mental health treatment providers, support providers, family members, and the academic sector may make referrals
Languages English ; French - by request ; Interpretive Services - can be arranged
