Description (Service) Provides a wide variety of government information and services at various points of service throughout the province * wide variety of publications, as well as links to general information about other levels of government * available services vary at each centre; check website for details. 
* Health card services, Ontario Photo Card (complaints now handled online) 
* Organ and Tissue Donor Registration 
* Driver and vehicle licensing products and services: Accessible Parking Permits, Copies of Records, Motorized Snow Vehicle Operators' Licence, Motorized Snow Vehicle Permits, Off-Road Vehicle Permits 
* Fishing and hunting licences, Outdoors Card, Hunter apprenticeship safety card 
* Self-serve public computers available at some locations 
* Application forms for birth, marriage, or death certificates, Lost Wallet Kits (list of marriage officiants available on website) 
* Tax Offices: general information for Ministry of Finance programs and services, publications and bulletins, and submission of returns and payments for Retail Sales Tax, Employer Health Tax, Provincial Land Tax, Land Transfer Tax and Motor Fuels and Tobacco Taxes, etc.: see Application field to find nearest Tax Office 
* Land Registry Offices 
* Provides retail sales tax (RST) exemptions on equipment designed solely for the use of people with physical disabilities.
