Description (Service) Helps families of children with a developmental or physical challenge * provides counselling and support to families, case management services, referrals and assessments, advocacy, information and assistance in completing applications for government funding for various programs, information regarding services within the community and across the province * facilitates parent relief/respite services through community programs and relief workers

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and under 
Children and youth from birth to 18 years old with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
Application Families can self refer to the program * teachers, doctors and other professionals can also refer.
