Hours Mon-Fri 7:30 am-5:30 pm * except statutory holidays

Children 1.2-12 years old * children must arrive with an adult known to them * cabs for the child only are not permitted
Application Enrollment tour * enrollment form to be completed before start date * call for an appointment * child's current immunization record and a pass for immunizations from the local Public Health office is required
