DescriptionInternal arts of health for people of all age, fitness levels, and health conditions. Designed to promote and restore health. 
 
Increases strength and flexibility * provides calmness and peace of mind strengthening body, mind, and spirit * improves balance and posture * free demonstrations offered to community groups or workplaces * special programs available at the International Centre and Health Recovery Centre in Orangeville, Ontario
